We want you to love every order. If something is missing, incorrect, unsafe, or below standard, we’ll make it right with a re-make, store credit, or refund—as appropriate and consistent with health, safety, and alcohol laws.
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order #:
Pickup/Delivery food quality or missing items: within 30 minutes of pickup/delivery (same-day).
Dine-in issues: during the visit; if you’ve left, email us the same day.
All other concerns: within 24 hours of the transaction.
When you contact us, include: order #, items affected, what went wrong, and photos (sealed items, packaging, or the food in question).
Before we begin preparing: We’ll cancel and refund in full.
After preparation starts / in transit: Cancellations are limited; we may offer a re-make or store credit at our discretion.
Event tickets: See Section 8.
We’ll fix or refund when:
Items are missing, incorrect, or clearly below standard.
Safety concerns (e.g., foreign object) are substantiated. Please keep the item/packaging for review.
Excessive delay clearly attributable to us.
Not refundable (food):
Preference changes after pickup/delivery (“decided I didn’t want spicy,” etc.).
Improper storage/handling after handoff (e.g., unrefrigerated perishable items beyond 2 hours).
Third-party courier delays outside our control (see Section 9).
Due to Colorado law and health/safety rules:
We cannot accept returns of alcohol after handoff.
Refunds for alcohol are limited to:
We cancel an item due to out-of-stock; or
A verified order error (wrong item) and the container remains sealed/tamper-evident.
If alcohol handoff is refused (invalid/expired ID, under 21, intoxication, or unavailable recipient), the alcohol portion is non-refundable. We may deliver the food portion or offer store credit for food at our discretion.
Food-only orders may be left at door if you choose that option. Risk of loss transfers once delivered to the specified address.
Alcohol cannot be left at door. If we cannot verify a valid 21+ ID for the named recipient, the alcohol cannot be released and is treated as a refusal (non-refundable alcohol portion).
Based on the situation, we may offer one of the following:
Re-make of the affected item(s)
Store credit (typically same value; valid for 90 days)
Partial or full refund to the original payment method
We aim to resolve issues the same day when reported promptly.
Standard policy: Non-refundable once purchased.
Transfer: Tickets may be transferred to another person up to 24 hours before the event (email us).
If we cancel or materially change an event, you’ll receive a refund or credit equal to the face value paid (fees from third-party ticketing platforms may be excluded if they don’t refund them to us).
If you ordered through a marketplace, their terms and refund process may apply.
Start with the marketplace’s help center for missing/damaged items; we’ll cooperate fully.
Quality issues attributable to preparation remain our responsibility; contact us with details so we can re-make or credit your next Unity order.
Gift cards: Not replaceable if lost/stolen; not redeemable for cash except where required by law. All sales final.
Coupons & promos: No cash value; cannot be retroactively applied after checkout; one offer per order unless otherwise stated.
Deposit: 25% due at booking.
Changes/Cancellation:
72+ hours prior: full refund of deposit.
24–72 hours: 50% of deposit refundable (or full credit).
<24 hours: deposit is non-refundable (product/labor already allocated).
Shortages/quality: Report within 30 minutes of delivery or pickup for priority resolution.
Please reach out to us first—most issues can be solved quickly. If a card dispute is filed, we’ll provide our records (order ticket, timestamps, delivery logs, photos). Filing a chargeback for an issue we were not given a chance to resolve may delay your outcome.

We may update this policy as laws or operations change. The Effective Date above reflects the latest version.
Refunds & Cancellations: Orders are made fresh. Cancel before prep for a full refund. After prep starts or in transit, cancellations/credits are limited.
Alcohol: 21+ ID required. No returns of alcohol after handoff. If ID cannot be verified or recipient is unavailable, the alcohol portion is non-refundable.
