This policy covers in-store pick-up, curbside pick-up, and local delivery of food and, where permitted, alcohol beverages from Unity Bar & Grill (“Unity,” “we,” “us”).
Ordering channels: Website checkout or by phone (when available).
Lead times: Estimated prep/delivery windows are shown at checkout; they may vary with volume, weather, or events.
Fees & minimums: Delivery fees and order minimums display at checkout. Tips go to the driver.
Changes/cancellations: Contact us immediately with your order number. If prep hasn’t started, we’ll attempt to cancel; once in prep or en route, cancellations are limited (see Refunds in our Terms).
Ready-for-pickup text/email: We’ll notify you when your order is ready.
ID check for alcohol: A valid, scannable government ID showing 21+ is required. We may refuse alcohol handoff if we cannot verify identity or suspect intoxication.
Curbside: Use the designated curbside area (within 150 feet of premises). Call/text as instructed; have your order number and ID ready.
Service area & hours: Delivery area is shown at checkout. Alcohol delivery is allowed 7:00 a.m.–12:00 a.m. only.
Who can receive: The person named on the order, 21+ for alcohol, at the address provided at checkout. We must verify name, DOB, and address upon delivery. Deliveries can only be made to the address given at the time of order.
Driver requirements: Alcohol deliveries are performed only by Unity employees (21+)—third-party apps cannot deliver alcohol from restaurants in Colorado.
Refusals: We will refuse alcohol delivery if ID is invalid, recipient is under 21, visibly intoxicated, or unavailable. Fees may still apply.
Unity participates in Colorado’s permanent alcohol-to-go program and follows all state rules:
a) Per-transaction quantity limits (maximum you can buy in a single transaction):
Up to 1.5 liters of wine, 144 fl oz of beer/cider, and 1 liter of spirits (including the total liquid in batched/mixed cocktails).
b) Containers & sealing
Alcohol must be in an approved, rigid, tamper-evident container (no paper or foam). Manufacturer-sealed cans/bottles are acceptable approved containers. Lids with straw/sipping holes must be covered with a tamper-evident seal.
Each alcohol item will display the required warning:
“WARNING: DO NOT OPEN OR REMOVE SEAL WHILE IN TRANSIT. Purchasers are subject to state and local law prohibiting drinking or possessing open containers of alcoholic beverages in motor vehicles, including section 42-4-1395, C.R.S.”
c) Employee assistance
Colorado prohibits restaurants and taverns from allowing customers to self-select manufacturer-sealed alcohol for takeout without an employee’s assistance.
d) Hours
Alcohol takeout and delivery may occur only 7:00 a.m.–midnight.
Reminder (Open-Container Law): Do not open alcohol containers or break the tamper-evident seal in a vehicle. Opening a container (or riding with an open container) can violate Colorado law.
Hold times: We prepare orders to be enjoyed promptly. For best quality, consume hot foods within 60 minutes of pick-up/delivery and refrigerate perishable items within 2 hours.
Allergens: Our kitchen handles common allergens; cross-contact may occur. Please note allergies at checkout and speak with staff if you have questions.
If an item is unavailable, we’ll offer a same-value substitution or remove the item and issue a refund for that item.
Access: Please provide gate codes, unit numbers, or special instructions at checkout.
No-go locations: We do not deliver alcohol to schools, federal facilities, secure military bases, or other restricted sites.
Leave-at-door: Food may be left at door if you choose; alcohol cannot be left unless we verify 21+ ID at handoff.
We may refuse service or alcohol handoff if:
We cannot verify 21+ ID;
The recipient appears intoxicated;
The situation is unsafe (e.g., aggressive behavior);
Delivery address information is inaccurate or inaccessible.
Applicable fees may still apply for attempted delivery.
Unity maintains delivery records as required by Colorado law and our permit.
We may update this policy to reflect changes in law or operations. The Effective Date above shows the latest version.
